Founded 1878, customers can fill containers of spring water for 25 cents a gallon. The source of the water is visible onsite thanks to a mosaic walkway from the 1920's showing the spring. A preserved laboratory from the 1920s an 30's is also viewable. Simpson Spring sodas (made from natural ingredients with old fashioned flavors) and bottled water are also available.
